Operation:
1、During operation, if the rated current of the motor is exceeded, the voltage and frequency of the power supply.
2、should be checked and compared with the rated data of the unit.
3、Some blowers cannot be operated within the entire performance curve range.
4、Motor overload may be caused by excessive system back pressure. In applications where overpressure conditions may occur, a safety valve must be installed.
5、The blower must not be subjected to shock or vibration loads.

Maintenance:
1、The blower operates without contact and generally does not require maintenance.
2、Wear parts are subject to recommended maintenance intervals and form an integral part of the applicable warranty claim.
3、The service life of bearing parts depends on operating time, load and other influencing factors such as temperature and working pressure.

Installation:
A. Transport
Inspect all components for damage during transport.

B. Installing components
1、The blower should be installed in a weather-protected place and must not be stored outdoors in an unprotected place. When installing the blower outdoors, it must be covered.
2、Water ring compressors can be installed horizontally or vertically, but do not subject them to vibration or shock.Blowers with bases should be fastened to a solid, level ground.

C. Electrical connectionAttention! The work described here must be performed by a qualified electrician. Connect the motor according to the wiring diagram in the terminal box. The blower is equipped with a single-phase or three-phase motor, as described on the motor plate. The motor should be protected with an overload switch.

D. Control the direction of rotationStart the blower for a short time and check the direction of rotation. The direction of rotation on the impeller must match the direction of the arrow on the motor. If the wrong direction of rotation is encountered, check the wiring circuit in the terminal box.
